Serves as a strategic HR business partner to executives and leaders, leading workforce planning, organizational design, talent and performance management, employee relations, engagement, leadership development, compliance, HR operations, analytics, and global people initiatives. The role advises leaders, mentors HR professionals, drives organizational change, improves HR processes, and supports growth, transformation, and employee experience across the organization.

Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, variance analysis, and reconciliations. Maintain accounting integrity across GL accounts, inventory, taxes, intercompany, fixed assets, and cash management. Prepare audit support, document policies and processes, and support onboarding and training within the finance team.

Drive new business and grow existing accounts within a defined region. Maintain customer relationships, respond to inquiries, liaise with operations, report on activity, attend industry events, and maintain thorough product and competitive knowledge to meet sales goals.
