Lead and mentor on-shore/off-shore Java development teams to design, develop, test, debug, and deploy complex web applications and services. Drive technical reviews, estimates, best-practices, and incident resolution; collaborate with business sponsors and clients; write unit tests; ensure database and performance/security considerations are addressed.

QA Analyst responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual test cases across multiple business units using Agile SDLC. Duties include developing test plans, executing functional and regression tests, reporting defects, coordinating with offshore teams, and maintaining QA processes and status communications throughout project lifecycles.
