Sell and advise customers on Life, Home, and Auto insurance through phone, email, text, and chat. Manage leads and sales pipelines, guide members from intake through quoting and fulfillment, identify cross-sell opportunities, and help build SoFi Protect’s operational processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the business and deliver tailored coverage solutions.

Lead tax information reporting and withholding compliance across domestic and international frameworks, including FATCA, CRS, CARF, DAC7, and U.S. tax rules. Advise product teams on digital asset reporting, oversee tax documentation, withholding, remittance, and annual filings, and partner with technology and operations teams on automated workflows. Lead audits, risk remediation, policy updates, regulatory monitoring, and business requirements development for tax systems.

Own and grow employer and workplace partnerships through onboarding, activation, optimization, renewal, and expansion. Build success plans, engagement campaigns, business reviews, and data-driven recommendations while managing escalations, renewals, compliance, and cross-functional execution. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Benefits, Payroll, and executive stakeholders, using Salesforce and reporting tools to track performance, risks, opportunities, and next steps. Travel approximately 10–15% as needed.
