Manage investor pipelines, validate readiness for regulatory and investor reporting, oversee execution and post-launch performance, and build repeatable frameworks to streamline future product development.

Lead Strategic Finance for SoFi Checking & Savings and Credit Card: own multi-year planning, forecasts, unit-economics modeling (LTV/CAC), capital-allocation, scenario analysis, business cases, and post-investment measurement. Partner cross-functionally, synthesize insights for executive leadership, scale AI use cases, and manage and develop a high-performing finance team.

Provide subject-matter AML and sanctions advisory for SoFi's crypto products. Identify blockchain-specific financial crime risks, recommend KYT/transaction monitoring and wallet screening controls, support product risk assessments, policy development, regulatory exams, audits, and third-party risk management, and collaborate with Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Investigations teams.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to Financial Services and Borrow/Operations Engineering leadership. Drive org design, compensation, performance management, employee relations, D&I, and development. Lead complex employee relations, provide executive coaching, use people analytics for data-informed decisions, partner with CoEs, and foster company culture and stakeholder relationships.

Lead global compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and compensation structures. Model cash and equity programs, partner with Finance for stock-based forecasting, support executive compensation and proxy disclosures, and advise stakeholders on market practices and regulatory considerations.

Lead development, implementation, and oversight of Invest compliance programs for the registered investment adviser and broker-dealer. Advise on FINRA/SEC applicability, manage regulatory filings and annual reviews, develop policies/WSPs, support audits/exams, and partner with business and IRM on controls and change initiatives to mitigate regulatory risk.
