Teams at Socure

Lead Socure's commercial organization (~100 people) to drive revenue to $1B+ ARR by 2028. Own new logo acquisition, account expansion, partner/channel motions, forecasting, quota/coverage design, and P&L. Build and coach leadership, embed AI/automation into GTM, partner with RevOps, Marketing, Product and Finance, enforce sales methodology, track KPIs, and represent the company externally.

Manage post-sales relationships for public sector enterprise accounts, driving onboarding, implementation, renewals, upsell opportunities, and time-to-revenue. Coordinate technical resources, analyze customer data to increase product usage, act as escalation point, and develop strategic account plans with sales pods.

The Growth Engineer will architect growth systems, automate processes, design experiments, optimize funnels, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer acquisition and ensure alignment with commercial goals.
