Lead and coordinate proposal and qualifications responses for AEC consulting pursuits. Partner with technical leaders to develop win themes, write and edit technical narratives, and produce client-ready, brand-aligned proposal packages in Adobe InDesign. Manage compliance, schedules, internal reviews, reusable content libraries (Deltek Vantagepoint), and quality control across multiple simultaneous opportunities.

Lead building envelope field investigations, assessments, analysis and design for new, historic, and renovated buildings. Prepare feasibility studies, construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates. Oversee bidding and construction administration, coordinate with clients and contractors, direct testing, manage budgets and billing, and support proposals and business development.
