Generate and qualify new business leads, serve as the first prospect contact, execute targeted outreach strategies, present Socket’s security product, conduct market research, and collaborate with sales teams to create sales opportunities. The role requires CRM usage, strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own Socket’s compliance program as an engineered system, including SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 certification, continuous evidence automation, risk and vendor risk management, customer assurance artifacts, and the trust portal. Evaluate AI governance frameworks and lead compliance platform decisions. Report to the CISO, establish the GRC function, and hire and manage a customer trust teammate.

This role involves building product, shaping company culture, developing web applications, writing APIs, and planning sprints. You'll collaborate with design and engineering teams to enhance user experience and take part in hiring.
