Teams at Socket (socket.dev)

Leads product strategy across Socket’s security platform, translating customer needs and market opportunities into priorities, requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. Partners with Engineering, Sales, Customer Engineering, and Threat Intelligence to deliver technically sound products. Builds the product function, including prioritization practices, communication processes, hiring, and team development, while remaining hands-on with customers and product decisions.

Generate and qualify new business leads, serve as the first prospect contact, execute targeted outreach strategies, present Socket’s security product, conduct market research, and collaborate with sales teams to create sales opportunities. The role requires CRM usage, strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own technical enablement across Customer Engineering, beginning with Sales Engineering. Build onboarding, hands-on labs, certifications, knowledge bases, deployment guides, competitive materials, and launch-readiness training. Use field feedback from demos, POCs, escalations, and call reviews to improve training and product documentation. Partner with Engineering and Customer Engineering leaders to keep teams current, certify readiness, and scale enablement with AI tools.
