Lead the end-to-end product experience across acquisition, onboarding, avatar selection, chat, media generation, and retention. Drive conversion, retention, and LTV through hypotheses, prioritization, A/B testing, and data-informed design. Establish the product’s design direction and design system, lead a multidisciplinary design team, and partner with product, analytics, marketing, engineering, research, and support.

Manage operational and analytical cost-optimization tasks end-to-end. Analyze reports and partner metrics, develop and implement cost-saving strategies, support partners in Bitrix CRM, improve partner processes and tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase efficiency.

Own and improve production infrastructure reliability, deployments, Infrastructure-as-Code, Kubernetes environments, automation, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, and observability. Investigate incidents, optimize system performance, maintain documentation and runbooks, and support DNS, WAF, CDN, and caching infrastructure. The role requires strong Linux administration, Bash scripting, networking, Git, and containerization skills, with independent ownership and collaboration across development and operations teams.
