Drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation guidance, change management, and leadership development. Coach managers, support hiring/onboarding/performance processes, lead HR projects, ensure compliance, and use data to identify trends and recommend solutions in a fast-growing, remote environment.
