Leads customer success operations for a SaaS organization by building scalable processes, playbooks, systems, dashboards, training, and customer lifecycle programs. Oversees onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, churn analysis, forecasting, data quality, and technology roadmaps. Partners with executives, finance, sales, product, vendors, and customer success leaders to improve customer satisfaction, revenue protection, operational efficiency, and team enablement.

Manage and grow SOCi’s existing B2B customer accounts through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, contract negotiations, and executive relationship management. Build account plans, identify expansion opportunities, present ROI-driven business cases, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal. Represent SOCi at customer events and serve as a subject matter expert on localized marketing solutions.

The Account Executive at SOCi is responsible for driving new business through sales efforts with multi-location brands, leveraging industry expertise and maintaining a sales pipeline to achieve goals.
