Maintain trusted-advisor status with agency CIOs, drive account expansion via RFQs/task orders/SOWs, manage contract vehicles and account risk, steward renewals, and collaborate with BD, contracts, and delivery teams to shape account strategy and ensure delivery excellence.

Lead solution architecture and product development for state and local government cloud migration, application modernization, AI/ML, and data & analytics engagements. Drive business development, client relationships, proposals, and partner coordination while ensuring regulatory compliance (FedRAMP, HIPAA, CJIS, IRS Pub 1075) and mentoring technical teams through discovery to implementation.
