Lead a 70+ person inside sales team to achieve ARR targets.
Supervises and mentors the leaders and members of the Sales organization.
Drive growth through acquiring new business and expanding our presence in existing accounts.
Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual planning activities including forecasting, pipeline management and effectiveness Oversee cross-departmental coordination to increase customer retention.
Accurately manage an on-going sales pipeline across the team for forecasting purposes.
Partner with sales leaders and members on closing complex sales.
Work with marketing to drive new business and expand our install base.
