Design and lead scalable, secure, highly available database infrastructure for multi-terabyte SQL Server environments. Set technical direction for data architecture, performance, real-time pipelines, security, and growth. Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize queries and indexes, guide cross-functional projects, mentor engineers, review changes, reduce technical debt, and evaluate emerging technologies. Monitor database health using Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana while influencing engineering and Site Reliability strategy.

Lead architecture and hands-on development of cloud-native, microservices-based systems and company-wide integrations (AWS and MuleSoft) using Python. Own provisioning, billing, telemetry, and integration landscapes; define AI-SDLC and AI tooling; implement infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD; ensure observability, testing, security, and operational readiness; translate architecture into Jira work and mentor engineering teams.

Lead strategy and execution of ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts: align with sales and demand gen, manage budgets and timelines, target high-value accounts, measure performance and ROI, optimize campaigns, and run reporting dashboards to drive pipeline, expansion, and retention.
