Teams at SLT (Strengthen - Lengthen - Tone)

Provide front-desk client service at an SLT studio: greet clients, manage check-in, give Megaformer demos and tours, support instructors, handle basic machine maintenance, retail inventory, studio operations, and cleanliness.

Lead studio operations and instruction for the Back Bay location: teach up to 15 classes weekly, mentor and manage instructors and front-desk staff, drive client acquisition and retention, build local partnerships and community, optimize schedule and revenue, manage facility upkeep, and ensure excellent customer service.
