Develops signal layouts, wiring and interconnect plans, signing and pavement marking plans, traffic control plans, cost estimates, quantities, and technical reports. Performs traffic studies, field investigations, agency coordination, client presentations, and construction administration support across Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Senior client-facing role to grow remediation, investigation, and compliance work in Massachusetts. Lead business development, proposals, and complex environmental projects as Principal-in-Charge. Oversee technical review, remedy design/implementation, budgets, teams, and mentor junior staff while supporting recruiting and practice growth.

Lead and grow the Transactional Due Diligence practice by managing EHS-focused M&A due diligence engagements, mentoring staff, developing client relationships, scoping and budgeting projects, delivering concise technical findings and recommendations, and ensuring projects meet timelines and budget goals.
