Leads New Jersey environmental investigation, remediation, compliance, and engineering projects while growing an established client book. Serves as a senior technical leader and seller-doer, overseeing proposals, pricing, project delivery, financials, regulatory coordination, technical reports, remedy evaluation, and client relationships. Provides technical oversight, mentors staff, supports recruiting, and partners with an LSRP on NJDEP alignment and project strategy.

Lead growth of Gulf Coast oil & gas air quality practice by delivering air permitting and compliance services, driving business development, managing major client projects, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory strategy and technical excellence across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.

Lead and manage architectural and industrial acoustics projects, prepare proposals and technical reports, perform field work, present to clients, support business development, mentor junior staff, and coordinate multidisciplinary deliverables across projects.

Lead electrical substation design and technical advisory for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, overseeing drawings, studies (insulation, protection, grounding), equipment reviews, codes compliance, field verification, and providing technical input for proposals and commissioning.
