Manage multiple medium-scale internal and client-facing projects from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, risks, resources, and deliverables; coordinating teams; translating business requirements into technical solutions; tracking progress; communicating status; and developing contingency plans. The role supports healthcare, dental, vision, and software implementations in a remote environment with occasional travel.

Analyzes provider data, payments, performance trends, and outliers to support appropriate care and cost control. Documents departmental activity, develops benchmarks and corrective action plans, coordinates provider chart audits, monitors network performance, and communicates findings to internal teams. The role requires SQL, analytical skills, strong organization, and collaboration with clinical, provider relations, client experience, and development teams.

Develops, edits, and delivers communications, educational materials, onboarding content, training resources, outreach campaigns, and presentations for healthcare providers. Collaborates with Marketing, Provider Experience, and subject matter experts; supports dashboards, satisfaction surveys, recognition programs, content repurposing, and provider issue-resolution communications. Manages multiple projects, ensures compliance with legal and brand standards, and produces accurate content across print, web, video, and presentation formats.
