Support payroll processing and data validation, reconcile payroll and tax accounts, respond to employee payroll inquiries, coordinate with HR and vendors, maintain payroll documentation and audit readiness, and assist with process improvements to ensure accurate, timely payroll.

Lead delivery of learning and skilling engagements: manage projects, consult with clients on learning strategy, perform needs and job role analyses, design competency-based programs and adoption plans, facilitate workshops, measure program performance, and advise on continuous improvement and Skillsoft product usage.

Drive expansion and revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts by positioning Skillsoft solutions to C-level buyers, managing complex sales cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, negotiating on value, demonstrating software, and building executive relationships to meet and exceed quota.

Drive revenue growth within federal enterprise accounts by selling Skillsoft SaaS/PaaS solutions to federal decision-makers. Build pipeline, deliver executive presentations, influence senior leaders, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage pipeline health while meeting revenue and pipeline goals.
