Perform fund accounting and corporate finance tasks for two BDCs: record investment activity, reconcile cash with administrator, support monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, assist with SEC filings and SOX/audit requests, prepare compliance reports, maintain controls, and liaise with auditors and service providers.
