Lead end-to-end B2B sales of used vehicles, maximizing volume, margins, and market penetration. Build and manage dealership partnerships, onboard buyers, monitor market trends and competitor pricing, develop pricing strategies, and resolve inventory or buyer concerns. The role requires strong negotiation and closing skills, CRM proficiency, independent work, a valid driver’s license, and domestic travel of up to 30%.

Twelve-month fast-track management trainee program to develop leadership in sales, customer service, fleet and performance management. Work hands-on in branch operations, support operational goals, receive training in communication, sales and conflict resolution, and travel/relocate as needed. Graduates are placed into leadership roles with a company car upon successful completion.
