Build and maintain full-stack solutions for SimpliSafe’s e-commerce platform, including web applications, reliable services, testing, deployment, reporting tools, and internal systems. Collaborate with marketing, analytics, operations, fulfillment, shipping, and QA teams. Develop scalable cloud-native services, integrate third-party systems, optimize databases, support CI/CD, and lead projects from concept through completion.

Leads end-to-end technical programs for connected security hardware and subscription services, coordinating APAC manufacturing partners and cross-functional hardware, firmware, software, cloud, supply chain, quality, and regulatory teams. Manages stage-gate development through mass production, aligns waterfall and Agile schedules, defines requirements, resolves trade-offs, tracks risks and metrics, and communicates progress to executives. Requires occasional APAC travel and evening calls.

Conduct competitive intelligence across home security and smart home products, tracking hardware, software, pricing, features, and market signals. Build competitive repositories, perform feature-gap and pricing analyses, conduct product teardowns, and translate research into roadmap recommendations. Create executive briefs, battlecards, and competitive tools while partnering with Product, Marketing, Engineering, UX Research, CX, and leadership.
