Leads strategic sourcing and procurement across indirect categories including marketing, technology, professional services, HR, and operations. Develops category strategies, manages RFx processes, negotiates complex agreements, builds business cases, and delivers savings, cost avoidance, risk mitigation, and process improvements. Partners with stakeholders and senior leaders, promotes procurement best practices, improves spend visibility, and drives cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

Lead GTM data science for growth, marketing, lifecycle, and personalization. Design, build, and deploy production ML models and decision systems (acquisition, retention, LTV, personalization), own MLOps and feature pipelines, measure experiment/causal impact, mentor others, set technical direction, and drive cross-team execution to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Own KPI lifecycle, forecasting, and experimentation for Telesales and Loyalty channels; partner with Operations to design/run experiments, steward datasets, automate reporting, and drive measurable business outcomes.
