Supports the Dean and School of Nursing and Physical Therapy through calendar and meeting coordination, communications, events, project tracking, purchasing, budget administration, financial reconciliation, records management, compliance documentation, and constituent support. The role coordinates special initiatives, faculty processes, onboarding, contracts, vendors, and school-wide communications while serving as a key liaison among university offices, faculty, staff, students, and external partners.

Conduct prospect research, capacity and affinity analysis, relationship mapping, and research briefings for university fundraisers and leadership. Coordinate prospect management workflows, portfolio assignments, pipeline tracking, moves management, database updates, dashboards, and recurring reporting. Identify major and principal gift prospects, monitor prospect activity, support events and campaign initiatives, and provide actionable insights for qualification, cultivation, and solicitation strategies.

Leads the University's financial aid office and oversees federal, state, and institutional aid administration, compliance, budgeting, awarding, reconciliation, reporting, and systems. Advises senior leadership on aid strategy, regulatory changes, enrollment, and financial implications. Supervises staff, manages audits and program reviews, maintains data integrity and controls, and partners across campus to deliver student-centered financial aid services and remove financial barriers.

Serve as the School's senior administrative leader partnering with the Dean to lead operational strategy, budgeting, academic scheduling, staffing, compliance, process improvement, and supervision of the Operations Team while liaising with campus partners to ensure operational effectiveness.

The Program Supervisor oversees the practicum for students, coordinating assessments, observations, and providing guidance and support to enhance their teaching practices.

The Associate Director of Affinity Engagement leads strategy and execution of alumni engagement programs, volunteer management, events, and communication strategies to strengthen alumni connections with Simmons University.
