Provide confidential administrative and organizational support to the Dean, Program Directors, and Director of Operations. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare materials, process invoices and purchase orders, coordinate events, support faculty searches and reviews, maintain records and data (including Workday), onboard assistants, and handle correspondence. Act as primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies, exercise independent judgement, and support school operations and reporting as needed.

The Clinician provides counseling services to undergraduate students, supervises trainees, co-facilitates training, and coordinates outreach programming while maintaining legal documentation and confidentiality.

The Assistant Director manages the Barbara Lee Family Fellowship internship program, provides pre-law advising, supervises student advisors, coordinates events, and supports undergraduates and alumni in their career development.
