Provides financial systems management and technical support to Headquarters Marine Corps. Responsibilities include supporting financial management operations, troubleshooting system issues, analyzing financial data, researching discrepancies, preparing reports and written products, assisting government stakeholders, and documenting processes. The role also supports financial system help desks, audit readiness, compliance, and DoD financial management platforms.

Provide CBDP financial management and internal controls support including ERM implementation, funds management, account reconciliation, audit readiness, financial systems integration (DAI, JICAP), and prepare reports and briefings for senior leadership in compliance with GAO, OMB, and DoD standards.

Manage the full proposal lifecycle for federal consulting opportunities: lead development, strategy, content and design, integrate AI/tools, maintain processes and knowledge management, and coordinate cross-functional teams to produce compliant, submission-ready proposals.
