Lead regional operations with P&L responsibility across multiple districts, drive strategic initiatives for growth and profitability, partner with corporate on market expansion and operational excellence, and develop regional leadership and succession plans.

Lead and support departmental operations for university facilities, providing fiscal oversight, strategic planning, staff supervision, process and policy development, cross-departmental coordination, and reporting to the RVP. Serve as liaison to customers, participate in committee work, and drive cost containment, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsible for sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing enterprise partnerships; launching new partner accounts with Account Management; meeting quota of at least five launched accounts per quarter and driving accounts that meet $100k annual spend; present solutions to executive audiences; maintain pipeline and communicate opportunity status and risks across leadership and teams.
