Teams at Sift

Lead product vision and roadmaps across multiple initiatives for Sift's fraud-prevention platform. Partner with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing to define requirements, write specs, run customer discovery and beta programs, and drive go-to-market and adoption. Balance technical execution with strategic portfolio-level product strategy.

Lead design and ownership of advanced fraud detection models and monitoring. Apply adversarial threat modeling to select architectures (tree-based, deep, graph), debug production failures, run experiments, mentor engineers, and build AI-assisted workflows that scale domain expertise while resisting manipulation.

The role involves designing and delivering learning programs for internal teams and customers, focusing on effective training strategies and measurable outcomes, while managing the LMS and ensuring alignment with product goals.
