The Product Education & Community Lead will develop product knowledge resources, sales enablement strategies, customer onboarding processes, and community engagement initiatives to enhance customer experience and internal understanding of Siena's AI solutions.

Own commercial relationships for a portfolio of Growth and Strategic consumer-brand accounts: drive renewals, expansion, executive relationships, and net dollar retention. Build account plans, map stakeholders, run QBRs and in-person workshops, quantify ROI with data, collaborate with deployment strategists, and translate customer problems into execution plans while applying deep product and AI knowledge.

Own and grow a portfolio of $100K+ ARR strategic accounts, drive retention and multi-team expansion, run executive-level commercial conversations, influence product roadmap, win back at-risk accounts, and build the playbook for strategic account operations.
