Provide administrative and technical support to attorneys and staff including time entry, phone reception, scheduling, travel and catering arrangements, document preparation and proofreading, ECF filing/transmittals, transcription, mail and file maintenance, and basic IT connectivity assistance. Assist with legal correspondence, court document preparation, and mentor others on firm processes.

Paralegal/Analyst supporting Product Liability Litigation: organize, review and analyze documents and discovery; interview witnesses and experts; prepare for and attend trials; perform litigation support tasks with strong attention to detail. May require in-office training and hybrid schedule thereafter; must be able to travel on short notice to attend trials.
