Define and report Professional Lifetime Value, develop retention strategies, improve reputation and discoverability, clarify earnings, and connect product decisions to unit economics. Partner closely with the facility-side product manager, finance, leadership, and distributed delivery teams.

Own and evolve ShiftKey's AI infrastructure: production retrieval/indexing, agentic platforms on AWS, graph-based multi-hop retrieval design, platform APIs, reference agents, and cost/observability guardrails for regulated (HIPAA) workflows.
