Paid, full-time electrical engineering co-op supporting autonomous aircraft hardware development. Responsibilities may include circuit board design, power electronics simulation and verification, avionics bring-up, debugging, automated test-rack development, and HALT reliability testing. The co-op owns a project with mentorship from a senior engineer and collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams.

Electrical Engineering Interns will gather requirements, design, and validate avionics assemblies and test fixtures. They will work across power electronics, communications, RF, and related disciplines; build test stands involving relays, PLCs, PCBAs, and harnesses; use Python for test automation, analysis, and simulations; and participate in cross-functional design reviews. The internship is a 10–12-week paid program for students pursuing Electrical Engineering or a related STEM degree.

Lead development and technical delivery of maritime autonomy capabilities for USVs, UUVs, and cooperating UAVs. Design motion planning, localization, tracking, safety assurance, COLREGS-compliant behaviors, and heterogeneous multi-agent collaboration. Build high-performance, well-tested software, integrate it onto real platforms, support deployment and demonstrations, analyze mission logs, and contribute to R&D roadmaps. Collaborate across perception, planning, simulation, hardware, and operational test teams while helping customers define requirements and technical approaches.
