Provides dietary and food-service support in a healthcare setting, including preparing and distributing meal trays, serving food, assisting with meal preparation, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen areas, maintaining food storage, checking diet trays, and following safety and infection-control procedures.

Supervises daily food service operations in a healthcare facility, including staff scheduling, training, food preparation, sanitation, diet changes, inventory, documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Maintains a safe, resident-centered dining environment, coordinates with Nursing and other departments, supports residents and families, and assumes departmental leadership responsibilities when delegated.

Oversee nursing operations and supervise clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. Provide clinical leadership, support staff development, coordinate interdisciplinary care, monitor medications and treatments, participate in staffing and quality initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, and provide direct nursing care as needed.
