Manage architectural projects (design through construction administration) for education clients: lead teams of 3–5, set staffing/budget/schedule, control contracts and costs, produce and deliver Revit documentation, review submittals, respond to RFIs, coordinate with clients/contractors, and ensure technical interior/exterior detailing. Regional and national travel up to 20%.

Lead and manage architectural projects and teams (3–10 people). Establish staffing, budgets, schedules; manage contractual and cost-control responsibilities; produce and deliver architectural drawings using Revit; review submittals, respond to RFIs, liaise with clients, and lead construction administration. Apply technical detailing for interior and exterior projects; travel regionally/nationally up to 20%.

Lead and evolve firm-wide BIM practices: set standards and templates, monitor model health, roll out tools and workflows, mentor staff, support coordination, deliver training, evaluate vendors and integrate emerging AEC and AI technologies.
