Leads multiple corporate and cross-functional projects from planning through completion. Develops project plans, business cases, financial analyses, status reports, and executive presentations; coordinates stakeholders, monitors risks and performance, and implements corrective actions. Supports business systems, process improvements, organizational change, and standardized procedures across accounting, finance, warehouse, delivery, and sales functions.

Maintains general ledger accuracy through journal entries, reconciliations, closings, financial reporting, payroll processing, budgeting support, and audit preparation. The Staff Accountant ensures GAAP and internal-control compliance, resolves billing and inventory discrepancies, tracks balance-sheet accounts, and collaborates with accounting, operations, and divisional leadership. The role is full-time, primarily office-based, with minimal travel for training or cross-divisional collaboration.

Manages and grows beverage sales across assigned on-premise and off-premise retail accounts. Builds customer relationships, secures new business, promotes beverage products, executes merchandising and promotional programs, supports events, meets sales targets, and provides market intelligence. The role requires daily territory travel, product handling, account management, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of craft beer and beverage trends.
