Leads preconstruction planning for complex $50M–$300M construction projects, including site visits, schedules, logistics and phasing plans, constructability reviews, means and methods plans, risk mitigation, safety compliance, and client presentations. Partners with estimating, marketing, operations, leadership, and third-party experts, then leads the transition from preconstruction to project execution.

Leads construction projects and teams through pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction. Manages constructability, project budgets, financial controls, schedules, billing, contracts, change orders, and subcontractor payments. Develops staff and maintains relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, landlords, brokers, and other industry partners. Requires extensive general contracting experience, including MSBA school construction projects.

Leads complex life sciences construction projects across concept, design, construction, commissioning, qualification, and validation. Manages project teams, schedules, purchasing strategies, financial performance, subcontractors, and client relationships. Supports business development by leading pursuits, presenting to clients, and expanding accounts. Requires extensive commercial construction and cGMP experience, including cleanroom protocols, system-by-system delivery, and FDA-validated projects.
