Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, troubleshoot issues, conduct data audits, and improve HR processes while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and vendors.

Partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and regional teams to improve data integration, quality, and reporting. Automates recurring processes using finance systems and AI-enabled solutions, manages finance transformation projects, supports system upgrades, and develops scalable analytical tools for leadership decision-making.

Executes external and internal marketing and communications campaigns across social media, email, newsletters, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral. Develops content, supports public relations outreach and award submissions, manages digital assets, updates online channels, and measures campaign performance. Assists with employee communications, town halls, internal events, presentation materials, and translating internal initiatives into external messaging. Collaborates with executives, stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.

Leads preconstruction strategy and delivery for large construction projects valued at $50M–$300M. Manages RFQ/RFP pursuits, project-specific proposals, workplans, cost studies, schedules, design and procurement requirements, meetings, budgets, billing, cost reporting, and recovery strategies. Advises owners and design teams on cost, quality, schedule, constructability, and materials while coordinating construction management, estimating, scheduling, marketing, and engineering resources.

Leads complex advanced technology and manufacturing construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Manages project execution, budgets, schedules, GMPs, design consultants, proposals, financial controls, subcontractors, and client relationships. Develops project teams and staff while ensuring quality, security, operational, and regulatory standards for defense and highly regulated industrial facilities.

Coordinates employee lifecycle activities including recruiting support, onboarding, offboarding, HR transactions, leave and benefits administration, records maintenance, compliance tracking, audits, reporting, and employee inquiries. Maintains confidential employee data in Workday and other HR systems while supporting HR projects, vendor invoices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
