Designs, deploys, and maintains AI and machine learning solutions, including generative AI, LLM, RAG, and conversational AI applications. Owns agentic engineering infrastructure, application guardrails for patient-care workflows, data pipelines, analytics, model governance, monitoring, and cloud deployment. Provides architectural leadership, improves engineering throughput, ensures privacy and compliance, and translates business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Supports Release of Information Specialists and related departments in resolving issues with medical-record requests. Ensures HIPAA and applicable legal compliance, performs data entry and quality control, researches workflow and records issues, communicates across departments, and escalates critical problems. The role requires accuracy, productivity, reliability, independent work, and annual HIPAA certification.

Manages remote Central Operations quality support teams, ensuring queue turnaround times, backlog targets, training execution, performance accountability, and operational excellence. Oversees onboarding, coaching, escalated issue resolution, process documentation, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Supports employee development and succession planning while maintaining compliance with HIPAA, applicable regulations, and labor policies.
