Source candidates through multiple channels, conduct screening and interviews, partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, improve candidate experience, support employer branding, and track recruiting metrics. The role also contributes to talent initiatives and special projects in a fast-paced remote startup environment.

Leads new-hire training and onboarding by delivering live system instruction, coordinating account setup, maintaining LMS content, creating tutorials and SOPs, troubleshooting basic issues, and collaborating with HR, IT, Operations, Clinical, and Support teams.
