Oversee complex MEP and mission-critical engineering projects from contract development through delivery. Manage scope, budgets, schedules, deliverables, quality, client communications, invoicing, revenue forecasting, profitability, and project risks. Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate consultants, review technical work, prepare reports and proposals, support client retention, and mentor project managers. The role requires strong project management, engineering or construction knowledge, financial oversight, communication, and leadership skills, with work-site support as needed.

Leads complex electrical engineering projects and research initiatives, providing technical direction, supervising major assignments, and developing innovative solutions. Directs proposal preparation and presentations, manages client relationships, supports business development, and maintains knowledge of industry standards and technologies. Requires extensive engineering experience, strong business acumen, client and vendor relationship skills, and travel to work sites as needed.

Manages smaller and intermediate MEP engineering or commissioning projects from contract development through delivery. Responsibilities include defining scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables; supervising project teams; monitoring quality, scope, profitability, and client satisfaction; managing invoices and revenue forecasts; preparing reports, proposals, and client communications; coordinating meetings; reviewing technical work; and maintaining client relationships. Requires engineering or construction management education, substantial consulting project experience, and familiarity with design, commissioning, CAD/BIM, and project management systems.
