Manages one to five smaller MEP projects involving fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical disciplines. Responsibilities include assembling project teams, assigning tasks, developing schedules, monitoring budgets and scope, coordinating deliverables, reviewing technical work, managing client communications, preparing reports and proposals, tracking invoices, forecasting project financials, and maintaining client relationships. Manages flight scheduling, mission planning, aircraft and sensor assets, project tracking, field deployments, personnel, vendor relationships, safety, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with project managers, clients, flight operations, and maintenance teams while supporting data acquisition and maintaining operational control of aircraft.

Leads physical substation engineering projects from conceptual design through technical delivery. Prepares construction drawings, calculations, studies, reports, cost estimates, schedules, and execution plans for 12kV–500kV substations. Performs quality reviews, applies IEEE, IEC, NESC, and client standards, and coordinates multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, protection and controls, and transmission line engineering.

Supports Project Managers with project onboarding, purchase orders, project setup, financial reporting, document collection, closeout reporting, safety compliance, deliverable tracking, and client communication. Coordinates documentation, field engineer dispatches, meetings, trackers, accounting tasks, and project team communications across multiple electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects. The role is fully remote and offers a path toward independently managing projects.

Manage transmission and distribution, substation, and utility projects from planning through construction. Responsibilities include controlling scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, risks, change management, procurement, invoices, documentation, vendors, and stakeholder communications. The role also supports project acquisition, bids, client negotiations, and compliance with utility design and construction standards.

Leads business development for clean energy services by generating prospects, conducting discovery conversations, presenting solutions, managing opportunity pipelines, scoping and pricing engagements, representing the company at conferences, and guiding contract negotiation, execution, and ongoing client relationships. Develop and execute business development and account strategies for geospatial services targeting government agencies and A/E firms. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, client engagement, proposal and contract development, account planning, sales execution, capture-team leadership, CRM usage, and participation in industry events. The role requires translating geospatial technologies into client solutions, managing executive relationships, understanding procurement processes, and traveling domestically up to 50% of the month.
