Lead design and upkeep of governance frameworks, KPIs, templates, dashboards, and knowledge hubs for I&A. Drive transparency, maintain SharePoint, define RACIs, support leadership reporting, partner with analytics, and continuously improve operational standards and cadence.

Lead customer adoption strategy and execution using AI-driven analytics and automation. Monitor adoption, GRR, NPS, and health scores; build dashboards, playbooks, and capacity plans. Drive cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation, and executive reporting to improve renewal, retention, and customer value.
