Serve as the operational backbone for the Strategic Growth Department: own and administer the Growth CRM, build reporting and dashboards, analyze recruiting and growth metrics, prepare executive presentations, manage onboarding and performance scorecards, drive process improvements, coordinate meetings and travel, and support leadership with actionable insights to scale recruiting and market expansion.

The Senior Data Engineer will design and implement lakehouse architectures, optimize ClickHouse deployments, develop ETL/ELT pipelines, and create data models to support analytical and operational functions.

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will develop and ship features across frontend and backend systems, work with various frameworks and databases, write specifications, and improve development processes.
