Business Analyst I partners with business stakeholders and Software Engineering to define requirements, improve processes, analyze systems, support Salesforce reporting and workflows, troubleshoot custom development issues, and perform quality assurance for applications and automated jobs. The role also supports software deployments, documents business processes, and occasionally participates in after-hours maintenance.

Develop and maintain secure, testable custom applications across multiple technology stacks. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, technical documentation, coding, testing, debugging, releases, API development, legacy modernization, Airflow automation, and improving Azure DevOps processes. The role collaborates with business analysts and engineering peers in an Agile environment while progressively handling more complex software issues.

Build, maintain, and enhance secure frontend applications using TypeScript and React.js. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, documenting technical specifications, creating test plans, writing and reviewing code, debugging, releasing software, developing web-based replacements for legacy applications, integrating APIs, demonstrating features to stakeholders, and improving development tools and processes.

Process and reconcile contribution and eligibility files for reimbursement plans, initiate ACH funding requests, post participant transactions, generate reports, monitor inbox and CRM requests, and support client inquiries. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and the ability to learn recordkeeping systems while meeting deadlines in a collaborative financial services environment.

Process and reconcile retirement-plan payroll files, contributions, rollovers, loan payoffs, ACH funding requests, and custodial cash activity. Conduct quality-control reviews, investigate discrepancies, respond to transaction inquiries, maintain accurate records, and meet service deadlines. Collaborate with internal partners, escalate unusual issues, and contribute to process improvements, testing, documentation, and special projects while learning retirement-plan operations and related systems.

The Salesforce Engineer will enhance and support business applications primarily on the Salesforce platform, managing integrations, code reviews, and technical specifications while delivering scalable solutions and collaborating with teams.

Own end-to-end revenue operations projects to streamline lead, opportunity, and forecasting workflows. Maintain CRM data quality, enrich records, build reports and dashboards, support sales onboarding and cadences, and manage lead routing. Analyze sales and marketing data to surface insights, troubleshoot RevOps tools, and drive cross-functional alignment to improve processes and revenue outcomes.
