Teams at Sensata Xirgo

Drives sales growth and new business acquisition for BLDC motors and motion-control solutions serving aerospace and defense markets. Develops strategic relationships with defense primes, OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and emerging technology companies; builds opportunity pipelines and capture strategies; leads customer visits, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and account growth plans. Collaborates with engineering, program management, applications, and operations teams while maintaining forecasts and market intelligence in Salesforce. Travel is approximately 40–60%.
