Manage top-of-funnel outbound prospecting to K-12 decision-makers through high-volume calls, email, and LinkedIn. Qualify leads, schedule meetings, create opportunities, maintain Salesforce/Outreach.io records, hit conversion and quota targets, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

Provide frontline technical and product support for K-12 customers via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot device, network, and application issues across Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS; manage tickets end-to-end; meet SLAs; document cases; escalate with clear, decision-ready information; and contribute to knowledge-base improvements.
