Lead end-to-end product design for complex platform features, contribute to and maintain a reusable design system, run usability testing and analytics-driven iterations, ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver production-ready, AI-enabled UI solutions.

Build and maintain AI-powered GTM workflows, Salesforce Agentforce solutions, integrations, and automations across the GTM stack. Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Operations to design, implement, test, and monitor scalable solutions, data models, scoring, and analytics to improve adoption, efficiency, and business outcomes. Troubleshoot, document, and iterate on platform and integration issues.
