Responsibilities include building high-performing teams, implementing AI-enabled customer health processes, driving cross-functional accountability, managing complex enterprise customer journeys, and partnering with Sales on retention, expansion, and customer growth. The role requires strong leadership, account planning, enterprise deal experience, cybersecurity expertise, and a metrics-driven approach.

Sell SecurityScorecard's cybersecurity ratings to net-new enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees or $750M+ revenue). Own a $1.75M net-new ARR quota, drive MEDDPIC-led discovery, navigate complex buying committees and channel-assisted deals, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex platform features, contribute to and maintain a reusable design system, run usability testing and analytics-driven iterations, ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver production-ready, AI-enabled UI solutions.

Design, build, and scale Kubernetes-based, multi-tenant infrastructure and CI/CD systems. Own AI tooling infrastructure (MCP servers) and secure AI access patterns. Optimize CI/CD, streaming analytics (Kafka, Flink, ClickHouse), observability, and incident response. Implement IaC (Terraform, Helm, Pulumi), GitOps (Argo CD), progressive delivery, automated testing, and mentor engineering teams.
