Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for a SaaS platform, troubleshooting portal, SSO, API, integration, and content issues. Own tickets through resolution, maintain SLA compliance, document and escalate complex bugs, communicate clearly with global customers, and contribute to knowledge-base articles. The role also involves collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Content teams while developing expertise to resolve straightforward content bugs independently.

Generates qualified sales pipeline across a defined U.S. territory through personalized outbound prospecting. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, creating multi-channel sequences, qualifying inbound and marketing leads, booking productive meetings, maintaining Salesforce records, coordinating with ABM marketing, and partnering with account executives on territory strategy and handoffs.
