Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls and emails, qualify leads, demonstrate product value, address objections, maintain account records, and collaborate with Account Executives to advance qualified opportunities. The role requires learning SaaS product capabilities, researching prospects and personas, building relationships, and contributing to business development goals in a fully remote environment.

Own Seamless’s lifecycle marketing and product-led growth engine across prospect, trial, free-user, customer, expansion, and retention journeys. Build multi-channel automation, segmentation, lead scoring, behavioral triggers, onboarding, nurture, conversion, and retention programs. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Data, and Revenue Operations to improve activation, self-serve revenue, product-qualified leads, sales handoffs, expansion, and retention through experimentation and AI-enabled workflows.

Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence for Seamless’s core SaaS products. Partner with Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to influence pricing, packaging, roadmap priorities, campaigns, and revenue performance. Build messaging frameworks, enablement assets, market intelligence programs, and measurable feedback loops that improve pipeline, product adoption, launch traction, and competitive win rates.
