Own the Everand consumer mobile app’s vision, strategy, roadmap, and reader experience across iOS and Android. Lead a cross-functional squad, prioritize investments, drive execution, improve retention and engagement, and maintain high app quality. Use reader research, experimentation, analytics, AI, and personalization to guide decisions while partnering across product, engineering, content, marketing, and leadership.

Build and lead customer operations training and quality assurance programs. Design curricula, quality rubrics, calibration processes, knowledge-base content, and onboarding programs; identify skill gaps through QA and performance data; measure training impact; conduct root-cause analysis; improve workflows; support compliance; and influence leaders across internal and outsourced teams.

Define Scribd’s technical vision for agentic engineering and establish architecture, patterns, and guardrails for AI-assisted software development. Lead internal developer tools, libraries, platforms, and engineering workflow improvements across codebases, CI/CD, and infrastructure. Partner with engineering leadership on ambiguous cross-organizational initiatives, mentor senior and staff engineers, and drive adoption of coding-agent capabilities throughout the organization.
