Lead enterprise expansion and new product/partnership initiatives by designing and executing 3–5 strategic pilots yearly. Build financial models and ROI analyses, develop commercialization strategies, own enterprise proposals and renewals, support executive leadership with strategic analysis and presentations, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to drive scalable revenue and program execution.

Own Tier 2/3 escalations for payment processing, API integration, and SaaS platform issues. Troubleshoot across payment rails, third-party integrations, and internal systems (PostgreSQL, Firebase, JetAdmin). Build and maintain AI agents and automation to reduce ticket volume. Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve systemic issues, document root causes, and serve as a technical escalation resource for frontline support.

Lead content strategy and execution across marketing, sales enablement, and partner education. Own SEO/AEO, editorial calendar, content-to-pipeline attribution, HubSpot email programs, social and webinar strategy, sales collateral, and customer testimonials while collaborating with cross-functional teams and a design agency.
